If English has pickles, Korea has Kimchi, Malaysia are proud with her Acar. In Malaysia, there are variety of Acar that complement our meals for the Malay society like 'Acar Buah' or 'Acar Timun'. 

Acar is a type of food prepared from dried or pickled fruits and vegetables which mixed with other spices and ingredient. Acar normally prepared during special occasion like weddings or family gatherings. 

Acar also known as “Achar” in Hindi or pickle in English. The origin of this food may come from India. In Malaysia, Acar can also be taken as a starter or to be eaten together with white rice or flavoured rice like Nasi Beriani. A perfectly cooked acar buah can stand for few months.

The Acar - Mixed Fruits by Gugus is prepared using selected high quality ingredients using the recipe brought down from generation to generation. It is free of MSG and Sodium Benzonite.
